Team-building exercises will give cadets a chance to have fun while unlocking and nurturing leadership abilities. Giving cadets a chance to practice as a leader will allow them to see areas where they can grow or even contribute as a leader in their future endeavors.
Apply and execute skills using a computer aided flight simulator
Cadets will get the chance to learn and experiment with aircraft controls and flight methods from the safety of the ground. Simulator experience makes it possible for cadets to learn both basic and advanced skills in flight navigation and aircraft maneuvers.
